Kick Fitness Group offers personal and group training, karate, and kickboxing sessions designed for kids, teens, and adults. Our programs focus on building strength, confidence, and discipline through safe, engaging, and expertly guided training.

Fitness is a crucial element to all martial arts classes, especially where children are involved. Warm ups with jumping jacks, push ups and stretches are common, and the movements of the martial art itself often challenge your muscles and cardiovascular system. Martial artists are known for being toned, flexible and physically fit, and your child will be no different.




Benefits of KARATE for your kids
Self ConfidenceA child who is involved in martial arts is generally a child who is confident in themself. Working through a martial art and the belt ranking system gives a child measurable goals to follow that are realistic to attain. The sense of accomplishment a child feels by mastering a new technique or graduating to a new belt follows him everywhere he goes.

Many martial arts schools also teach street-smart techniques to kids to help avoid problems altogether.


RespectMartial arts are all about respect. Punching, kicking, throwing and locking are all secondary to the respect that is shown form the moment you walk into a dojo. Children learn to bow to the masters who came before them, and to their current instructors. They also learn to treat other students as they wish to be treated. Quality martial arts instructors press upon the respect issue regularly and instruct students to practice respect for self, parents, teachers and peers at every opportunity
Self DisciplineMartial arts help instill mental focus in your child, giving them the ability to concentrate on a task and see it through to its conclusion. The discipline that is taught in the dojo in regard to uniforms, customs and techniques often translates into other areas of life, including school and household chores.
Anti Bullying Programick Fitness Group is proud to offer our new Anti-Bully Program. We are certified in Verbal Defense and Influence's Anti-Bullying program that is being used all over the world - with great success - to empower children to bully-proof themselves.

Karate is more than just fitness and self-defense—it's a way of life. In our Kids Karate Program, your child will learn the martial arts lifestyle, develop goal-setting skills, and understand the value of hard work and perseverance. Parents appreciate how we apply our belt system and Karate philosophies to positively influence their child’s everyday life.

Kickboxing & Body Combat


Body Combat: A music-based, no-contact cardio workout using martial-arts-style moves.



Kickboxing: A real striking martial art with technique, bag work, and optional sparring.


Strength Training


Exercises that build muscle, increase power, and improve overall body strength using weights, resistance, or bodyweight movements.

Active kids Program

NSW Active Kids Provider


KICK FITNESS GROUP is a proudly approved provider of the NSW Active Kids Rebate Program.

The NSW Government provides two $50 vouchers per child (ages 4.5–18) each calendar year. These vouchers can be used to help cover the cost of your child’s participation in sport and active recreation programs with approved providers—such as KICK FITNESS GROUP.

Both vouchers may be used for the same activity, provided they are applied to different program terms.
